Do you only BBQ in the summer?
We BBQ all 12 months of the year. Rain or shine, snow and cold we still cater your event
Can we sample your food prior to our event?
We do public events where our food can be tasted. If we do not have a public event prior to your event we will work with you to get dinners prepared at one of our private events for your tasting.
That chicken was so moist and tender how do you do it?

Are you cooking with gas or charcoal?
We only use charcoal. Charcoal gives our meats their wonderful flavor.
