Our stainless steel charcoal grill is custom-made.just for Grandma's Backyard BBQ. It's a  13-foot-long, stainless steel rotisserie grill. The grill is 5 feet wide and 5 feet tall.

We have cooked for as many as 2,000 people, but prefer groups of 200-300,

It takes about an hour and half to set up and do the first batch of food, which typically is about 120 meals.  After that, it takes about a half-hour to do each subsequent batch of 120 meals

"So, how do you cook such great BBQ?"

This is one of the first questions that we are asked.

We cook  over charcoal for better flavor using our custom rotisserie grill. . Water moistens the chicken causing it to fall off the bone when done. Special dry sauce gives our meats their distinctive flavor.  Our recipes are traditional family recipes carried on for generations.
